The Inclusive Leadership Collective specializes in designing customized leadership training, providing executive coaching in the areas of leadership; women’s leadership; diversity, equity and inclusion and professional development; and delivering dynamic, focused and engaging speaking engagements, workshops and experiences.
In every situation, we carefully assess the needs and the goals of the client and develop the tailored solution that best meets their goals. All the engagements are highly interactive, relevant, and actionable.
Our leadership coaching service offers participants the opportunity to receive dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions with a modern leadership coach that centers around the goal(s) they are striving to achieve, strategies to overcome the challenges they are facing and tools to tap into their unique set of strengths to succeed in the workplace. We also offer coaching in a group format to foster connection, develop collaborative, inclusive cultures — all while building trust and resilience in the ever-changing modern landscape.

Nikki Innocent
Our CEO & Founder, Nikki Innocent is a modern workplace expert and authentic leadership strategist who is a certified women’s leadership coach and inclusive workplace facilitator. She is a two-time TEDx speaker, Vital Voices fellow focused on reimagining leadership by centering inclusion, equity, and humanity in today’s workplace. Her work addresses systemic barriers such as sexism, racism, and ageism, empowering individuals and organizations to navigate professional life authentically and sustainably.
Nikki’s expertise has been featured in many outlets like USA Today, Newsweek, Success Magazine, Forbes, Business Insider, and The Washington Post, positioning her as a trusted voice in modern leadership, workplace transformation, culture and wellbeing. She has collaborated with industry leaders such as NBCUniversal, Meta, Seramount, along with major financial services, tech, and healthcare organizations to create meaningful change and foster inclusive cultures in the face of the evolving work landscape. Prior to running her own business, Nikki spent the first decade of her career at top-tier organizations including Bain Capital, Bain & Company and Arnold Worldwide.
